Climate Change

Through completing this course, individuals learn to appraise the interrelationship of climate, pollution and biodiversity change with banking activities. They also examine the challenges and risks faced by banks in supporting positive impacts upon climate and nature. Learners will also: analyse the opportunities presented to the banking sector in supporting positive impacts for climate and nature; consider approaches to developing sustainable financing solutions for a range of industry sectors; and evaluate how the banks’ activities are measured in terms of impact on the natural world.
